Privacy policy

The form indicates whether it prepares a local summary or allows an inquiry to be saved. Until private storage is enabled, your data remain on the page and are not saved as an inquiry.

When enabled, contact details, company, location, role, equipment, description, optional requirements, consent, and date will be stored privately, solely to manage your technical inquiry. Inquiries will not be public; access will be restricted to authorized people.

Valid storage attempts are subject to anti-spam controls and time limits. Private counters use identifiers derived from the email through a secret key, different each UTC day; they do not store the original email or IP address and are not shared with external services. They expire at the end of their window plus 24 hours and are progressively deleted during subsequent attempts.

No automatic HubSpot submission or email notifications are configured. Once inquiry collection is enabled, each saved inquiry may be emailed internally to the VPENGINEERING team; the status of each notification will be recorded privately. Copying the summary or sharing it on LinkedIn is a separate voluntary action; LinkedIn applies its own policy.

AI guidance is optional and requires specific confirmation before the general description, equipment family, and sector are transmitted to OpenAI (GPT-6 Astra) through an AI gateway. It does not request contact details or files. Do not include personal or client information, formulas, secrets, or confidential figures. Filters only identify obvious signals and do not guarantee anonymization.

The service catalog declares zero model retention for the call used. This does not imply absolute confidentiality or a guarantee regarding all infrastructure records. The application does not save the text or response in its database or logs, or include them in analytics; it maintains only aggregate counters and availability states. Copying or transferring the summary into the inquiry is a separate choice and does not submit a lead.

You may request access, rectification, or deletion through VPENGINEERING contact channels. Before inquiry collection is enabled, the controller’s identity and contact details, legal basis, retention period, and applicable information about processors and transfers must be completed.
