You can prepare an inquiry about replacement, improvement, spare parts, or support for existing equipment. Part compatibility, availability, and after-sales scope are confirmed case by case with the competent supplier and/or under available agreements.

Identify

Function, known reference, reason for inquiry, condition, and available documentation. Do not upload drawings or confidential data to the AI.

Define the scope

Distinguish replacement, repair, process improvement, and new installation. Interchangeability or authorization to modify equipment is not assumed.

Confirm
